FOR OUR U.S. CUSTOMERS - THE BD LINE OF BRANDED BOTTLES WILL BE SHIPPED FROM OUR U.S. WAREHOUSE - ELIMINATING ANY CUSTOMS/DUTIES ISSUES.
Please read the following regarding order requirements:
PRODUCTION TIME AND ORDER CONFIRMATIONS:
- delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks from approval of artwork and style of bottle. On occasion, for reasons beyond our control, it may be necessary to extend delivery date - however, we will do our utmost to deliver the product as without delay. Orders cannot be cancelled without our approval and must be cancelled in writing. Costs incurred to the date of cancellation will be invoiced, with a minimum of $50.00.
- order quanitites must be in the amounts listed per product description (36, 72, 144, etc.). Amounts in between these numbers cannot be guaranteed, but we will make every effort to accomodate your request.
ARTWORK: emailing your artwork is acceptable.

- accepted formats are vector based files saved as PC files such as: Corel Draw * Adobe Illustrator * Photoshop * Quark Xpress for windows 5.0
- Clean black and white camera ready art is also acceptable. It must be at least 600 dpi.
- EnviroBottles has a graphic artist on staff who can prepare your artwork for the branding process for a fee of $45.00. Also, if you need a logo designed, this service can also be arranged for a fee to be determined at time of services rendered.
- Branded promotional products can also be used for wedding souvenirs, graduations, reunions, special events, etc. - your imagination is the only limit on creativity!
For advertising purposes, we may want to use your sample product as a promotional example. We will only do this with your written permission.
